So just to update,
Letter of completion came today from Payplan. However it does have the statement of any PPI still goes to creditors regardless of IVA complete or not. I did not agree to this and this was not a creditor stipulation at the time of creditor meeting. This has clearly been added afterwards. Am i able to complain about this as i wasnt made aware as my full and final offer was just that no matter what happens in the future?
Over and out

Well done on getting the letter but I wouldn't worry about the PPI. At the time you took out the IVA it wasn't a problem but has since reared it's ugly head.

If you had no PPI then you have nothing to worry about and I wouldn't bother complaining.

My husband has the same thing on his letter but we were just glad to be completing.

I too personally would be pleased to get the CC - however if you feel strongly it's up to you what you decide re the clause in respect of the PPI.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Given the problems you had with Payplan I wouldn't push it.

Also it has demonstrated that they can issue cc with the right wording.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
