There is a CCJ for £127 from May 2011 on my credit file. When I took out the IVA in Dec 2010 I missed this debt off my list of creditors but did send the info off to my IVA company at some point and asked for it to be included. But I can't find any records of this myself - emails or photocopies?
I was with Melanie Giles at the time PJG Recovery. So Creditfix took over my IVA just as my F&F was proposed. Should I contact Creditfix to see if they have any records of this? My IVA only comes off Dec 2016 and the CCJ will come off in May 2017 - do I just wait?

Hi Tillergirl,
I would give Creditfix a call and ask them about the CCJ, as the may well have the details on their system about it, and send you some confirmation of the in writing if you request it. If they do not have details, then I would ask if they can add it at this stage- doesn't hurt to ask !
Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!
Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA
Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!
