Why does CC say we paid 98p in the £ when we paid in full early after windfall ?

hi guys just reading posts,i paid my iva in full early after a windfall,i paid the full debt plus interest plus fee,s about 7-8k more than debt,when i got my cc it says they only paid 98 pence in the pound why did they do this when i paid the fee,s ?

Evidently something was not accounted for in the final figure. You are entitled to a full breakdown of where the monies went.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I would question this with the company who handled your IVA and ask for a breakdown of monies paid to show how they come to this figure. Hopefully that will help you.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

There should be a full Receipts and Payments Account included in the final report giving full details, which should have been sent to you. If you did not get it ask your IP for a copy.
