Sold to Creditfix who have not been in contact as promised after not signing variation.

I was with beesleys who were sold to creditfix on their first letter which I did not sign the variation they said they would be in touch within 2 weeks 8 weeks down the line still no contact are other people in the same position as me

You should make contact with them rather than not ... its your iva and although they should contact you need to remain compliant to the terms of your iva and would make sure CF are aware you are still waiting to hear from them.

CF have taken on a great number of IVA's from other companies recently and, as always seems to happen in these cases, are struggling to keep up.

As Luluj says, get in touch with them and keep copies of emails etc. If anything goes seriously wrong there will be no defence in "They didn't contact me".
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi and I would take the advice above, I'm a great believer in it's an IVA for both paries to benefit from but it doesn't work like that as I've been told on many occasion so do contact them and remind them you're there and waiting for their promised contact.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
