I am getting very stressed with Creditfix.

Kindly, a member of my family is helping me by making a F&F offer possible. After speaking with Creditfix, I submitted to them all the required documents to what I was led to believe would be the department actioning it but it has been passed again to another department.

I am now dealing with a manager who has asked me about the T and Cs. Apparently I don't need sign them if I don't want to but what is the best thing to do?

I keep asking when the creditors meeting will be and I've been told the IP has to sort out the variation issue that they had with all PJG accounts transferred to them. I feel like I am being fobbed off left, right and centre.

Also, I was informed to make my offer and suspend my payments until the decision was made but today I have been told to continue paying as the creditors will like more money. I am cross because the advice is contradicting.

I'm thinking that I'll call or email daily until I get answers and a conclusion

Has anyone else experienced this with a F and F offer with CReditfix ? Has anyone got any pearls of wisdom to help me?

Thank you
Dreaming of the day that I'll finally be debt free!

I would certainly seek a decision in writing or by email as to whether payments should stop or continue whilst you wait for a outcome of your F&F
