Received a PPI form oday, 15 months after Iast payment. Surely this should have been dealt with

Your IP will send a copy to the Insolvency Services, so you will come off the Register within three months.

Some IP's don't, but mine did, they sent a copy to the CRA's so the IVA gets marked completed in your credit reference files.

You keep it as a momento --- and in case there is any dispute in the future regarding the IVA -- it is proof that you finished.

Thanks Foggy, I waited so long and now wasn't sure who to tell.
I guess I can shred all the other paper work now though and just keep that certificate.

You could do -- but I would suggest sealing it in a box and hiding it in the attic.

I have put all our docs in a huge envelope, sealed it and stuck it in the back of the wardrobe - just in case I need any of it!!
