Would it effect the person I move in with if I enter a new relationship while IVA is in place ?

What if after entering into an iva and then went into a relationship while the iva was in place , would this affect the person I moved in with ??

Not too sure about credit wise but they will possibly have to show that they are paying their fair share of the living expenses. Check with your IP. You would have to do a new income and expenditure to see if there's a change to your disposable income.

AS long as you don't have any joint accounts their credit rating will not be affected. As for your I&E some people work out a board and lodge figure and put this in their expenses. If you "come out" as a couple, then details of both salaries are required to work out fair shares of household expenses. Some firms ( but not many) will also attempt to include all wage earners income into the disposable income figure ( and thus your IVA payment).
