I completed my IVA in June 2013 and have recently been turned down for a bank account with NatWest (I currently have an account with the Co-op bank which I have had for the duration of my IVA). Is this because my IVA might still be showing on my credit report? If so, is it possible to get it removed? Also, has anyone managed to obtain an account with a different bank following completion of their IVA? Thanks for any advice.

Has it been 6 years since the iva started? It stays on your credit files for 6 years from its start date.
