Hi peeps. Hoping someone will know the answer...

When a variation meeting is called to offer a full and final, does the offer go to all creditors that were originally listed, just the ones who made a claim, or just the ones who voted?

Curious because some of those who didn't vote, didn't make a claim either. So not sure if they would be included.

Hope that makes sense!
Thanks #9786;#65039;

It goes to all creditors whether they voted or not. It is common for debts to have been sold so the variation will go to the new owners of the debt and not to the original creditors.
