Hi, me and my husband has successfully completed our IVA last Dec. 2012, we have claimed PPI refunds from other banks after explaining and showing them the completion certificate, but not with Barclays PPI even after sending them iva completion certificate still they have paid it into what they called Branch recovery unit, any chance we could still get it from branch recovery unit of Barclays?

Probably not too be honest, however you could try the banking ombudsman and see what they have to say
