How long does it take to get a F&F figure from DFD as I'm selling house to pay IVA off ?

You need to speak to DFD to make sure everything is done correctly. It is unlikely that you would be able toi sell the property without their permission and possibly a variation so email Judith who posts on this site as she has been very helpful with DFD clients.
