Hi, Our IVA finished 2 years ago and we have had out CC and we are off the insolvency register. We have had EIC dealing with PPI for months. Today, I get 8 different forms through saying PPI was not missold in 8 cases but EIC now want me to sign to say they are appealing to the financial ombudsman. When is this going to end and do I have to sign it!! Surely if PPI was not missold, they should leave it!! Very frustrated!
