Hi all , i am so close now. I have one more payment at a reduced fee (just o ver half normal payment) needed to pay early June then im complete! The last full payment coming out was so exciting! Anyway I am told i should have a smooth completion as chairmen report is already through regards PPI etc and ive paid the equity clause (reason for extra 6 months).
So now i want to look at moving to a larger house, i am in a relationship but live in one bedroom house at present and need something bigger so she can move in, any ideas on ways i can go about this ?

Firstly let the IVA drop off your credit files after 6 years from date of acceptance and then make sure all defaults etc., are removed.
Have a word with our mortgage experts maybe? Ryan and Shaun can be contacted using the ask experts a question link to the left.
Well done on almost completing and hope you are able to move into a larger property.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

You need to get your credit files clean before approaching a mortgage broker .... Both Ryan and Shaun can offer you specific advice but will want to know the completion certificate has been received and your defaults removed.
