Been in IVA with GT since Dec 2011. From hardly any equity four yrs ago, during last couple of years my London flat has increased. Hence significant equity now.
I contacted Shaun Vickery at The Select Partnership last Sept. via 'Ask Expert a Question' here for advice wanting to get out of IVA if poss as equity now available.
He has been fantastic as have all at Select Partnership. They arranged a secured loan which was finally accepted by my creditors 12/2/14 !! Can't thank them enough and never expected to get out of IVA so soon when entering it.
So never give up hope of light at end of the tunnel. Now blessed with opportunity to re-build my life and maintain the money management skills I learnt from from my debt journey.
As I re-build my credit score I hope Shaun will be able to help me find a better mortgage deal than the Northern Rock mill-stone I'm stuck in !!

Just spotted my earlier attempt to post is also here. I though it hadn't gone through! Never mind - all good news.

there is a link to your other post so I'll lock this one to avoid confusion but you are right it's all good if not excellent news. Again congratulations.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
