Hi. I was in an IVA which started in Jan 2010. Was made redundant last year and decided to make a full and final settlement offer. Creditors meeting was in Dec 2013 and brilliant - it was accepted. I have received my completion certificate and started to tidy up my credit report. All is going well, and all the debts are now recorded as "Settled". On the face of it all - all seems well. However, the creditors have entered a "caution Flag" against the accounts and recorded as "Partial"
Couple of questions if any one can help
If a account was opened in 2003, defaulted in Dec 2008 and settled in Dec 2013 - when does this come of the credit report?
The IVA is recorded as started in Jan 2010 and settled in Jan 2011 (which is wrong as it was settled in Dec 13), when does this get removed from my file completly
How does lenders see / know about the caution flag and what does this mean to them?
I've done really well and not looking to borrow, but do want to keep my file nice and tidy. Any advice would be welcome.

Hi
The IVA record will stay on your credit file for six years from when it started, until this has elapsed you will struggle to get main stream credit
