Hi have just started the IVA process, not been accepted yet. I had to open a new account with Natwest as my Nationwide was in a large OD. I also opened one with Lloyd's TSB, my Natwest one has my wages paid into and I use this one for my own personal bills, my Lloyd's one is used for all my house bills, I share a house and I pay half of all bills, my flat mate also pays into this account but it is in my name. I have read that Lloyd's don't accept customers who are in a IVA, if that cancel my account which is my best option?
Option A. Try and change the name on my Lloyd's account to my flat mates name and just pay my half as normal, would this effect my review even though the bank statement would be for my address?
Option B. Have all DD come out of my natwest account and have my flat mate pay his share into my account, would this be classed as extra income and obvisley all my bills would have doubled?

Hi
Either option would work
I would try option A but would wait to see if Lloyds give notice before doing this
