Could someone please explain what a full and final is? i pay 447 amonth and have 10 payments left to go, our circumstances will have channged by the end of the year which will mean struggling to pay our iva,if we offered 447x10 would this be acceptable??we are with dfd!

Hi

Yes, if you can offer your remaining payments that will often be accepted by creditors especially if there is a change of circumstances ahead

Do you own your property or rent ?

I'm in the process and have based my f&F as you have, but it's still gut-wrenching having to wait 28 days!!!!!

You are bound to be asked to obtain a property valuation and mortgage redemption statement as well, so that the equity position in your property can also be reported upon.

If there is equity you may have to add a further 12 months worth of payments onto your offer
