I would be interested to hear if anyone has gone through the complaints procedure.
Did it make any difference?
Did you get the answers you were looking for?
Was it a waste of time?

Yes I have made a complaint did it help me yes it did I got my iva closed a month earlier and my complaint is still going on.
Last payment made August 2012 Certificate of Completion recieved 15th of Novenber 2013.

My complaint is regarding the length of time it took for my iva to close and also no communication with my ip since my last payment until I contacted gt last october.
Last payment made August 2012 Certificate of Completion recieved 15th of Novenber 2013.
