how long do I have to wait for closure as had a phonecall on 16th January (2 weeks ago) that i'm expecting a letter of completion soon

It shouldn't take more than three months however if there are outstanding PPI claims it can go on far longer

Hi, it will also depend upon which firm you are with ... some are more pro-active than others in getting matters tied up.
