Hi

I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem with Barclaycard (PPI claim via EIC for Grant Thornton).

All the other banks have paid up the PPI amounts to EIC - not quickly, but at least it has been sorted. Barclaycard however, have written me numerous letters, never actually acknowledging my correspondence back to them, insisting I forward them information 'Paperwork' confirming I am in an IVA (even though they already wrote to me saying, we can see you are in an IVA!).

I've forwarded them all details of EIC as they should be dealing with this but talking to Barclaycard is like talking to a brick wall. Really annoying as the PPI claim amount is tiny and it's going to hold up the closure of my IVA. Is anyone else have this problem with them dragging their heels?

This sounds like a bigger issue that your ip should be pushing.
