Hi, worth having a chat with Ryan or Shaun the mortgage experts of the forum. They can be contacted via the ask experts a Question link to the left (scroll down to obtain their contact details). Generally it takes 6 years for the IVA to drop off your credit files.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

As Lesley suggests Ryan or Shaun are best placed to advise, but whilst it on your credit file then it may be more difficult but not impossible. Have you got the completion certificate yet ? Not having this may cause a slight delay ... But let the experts advise further

Hi,
Lenders can now use all 3 credit reference agencies, so until it is off of all 3 of these, it would be unlikely you would be able to obtain a mortgage until August 2014.
