PPI claims and Barclaycard

Hi everyone

I'm wondering if anyone who is with GT is also having trouble with PPI Claims - specifically Barclaycard.

Previous PPI claims via EIC actually went ok and were (apparently) paid out to GT - great. Then I get a random call a good 6 months ago about a stray Barclaycard account EIC wanted to investigate. Finally in October I had to fill out a form because the bank had written directly to me, and I got a letter saying I was owed a grand total of around £6!

Wrote back to Barclays telling them to deal with EIC directly, now a month later they've written back to me asking for documentation about the IVA (why?!) otherwise they can't pay out!

I've written back telling them again to deal with EIC directly with all their contact information, but I am annoyed at how Barclays have to be the one bank that are being awkward about this, and concerned about how this may hold up the closure of my case (6 months after last payment so I am calculating...March 2014?!).

Has anyone else had this trouble with PPI claims and Barclaycard?

I am with gt and I still have on going ppi with them I had to fill out a long form from barclays and still waiting to hear from them.
