we have a year left on our iva and have arrears and are in trouble for not declaring some ppi,we have been given a figure to finalise our iva,but i dont think we can find that amount,i have got extra hours at my job so can they bankrupt me or can i get a variation thanks
You can try for a variation -- probably to extend the IVA to cover the missing amount. Half of extra hours are due to the IVA in any case, but you could use your share to reduce the arrears.
