Not at all Sponge,as the comments bear out my own thinking -- the luck of the draw is which CRA any future lender uses, as well as the individual criteria of said lenders.

nonewdebt. Interesting point, I just cannot remember my Equifax, but sure my callcredit along with Experian was v.good post IVA. Still it's good to bank information
