Freeman Jones, I have received a lump sum via redunacy. i have advises the iva company and they wanted to see it all in writting, they have now had the documents for over 2 months they have never asked if i can still make the payments, they have never asked if i have a new job, they have never done a review and when my gas and electric bill increased by 100% they said i need to cut back on other items even though i have extra costs with a new born baby!! how long can it ntil this money can be used? i have had to use some but dont wont to break the agreement. can i approach the companies direct o clear the debt and can Freemans Jones still demand there fee?
