Hi Tina they say it should off been done in April/May I'm not too sure y as I only ever speak to customer service never to the person in charge off my case strange I know maybe they don't exist and it's all a big lie we were just paying so they can holiday all year round
They should be able to e-mail you a copy of the last report in a jiffy from their system, Sharon. I don't understand why no-one can take calls in GT about closures. Surely they must have someone involved in client service able to deal with these issues. It is a real shame that Karol does not post on the forum any more, as she used to be able to intervene for posters who had complaints.
