At last it seems I'm getting somewhere. I've been badgering PayPlan constantly and spoke to them in the first week of December as the completion certificate had not arrived. Again, told about the offset issue and no date could be given as to when it would be sorted. A couple of days after the call, I received a letter from PayPlan acknowledging my complaint and that it had been sent to their Compliance Officer, who would respond within 28 days. I was surprised by the letter as I hadn’t made an official complaint. Today, I received an e-mail from PayPlan’s Compliance Officer to say that my completion notice, (their words), should be issued by the end of this week.

It is good to see that this is continuing to move forward for you Sensible77, and that Payplan are treating your concerns as a complaint which they seem to be trying their best to sort out for you. It would be nice to think you will get your Certificate before the Christmas holidays.
