should I receive annual statements from my IVA supervisor. just had annual review and my monthly payments have increased for the 2nd time with no reason given. have also payed in windfall £7000.It seems i will be paying more in to the IVA than my debt is. Am in my 3rd year and have not received a statement from my IVA company since the 1st year.

Hi. You should get a copy of the annual review report, which is a summarised statement, at each review. They can only increase the payments when your disposable income increases and this should be agreed with you at the time.

Has your income increased over the term ? Or any regular outgoings ( like HP) ceased ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Your annual report should include an update on progress, a receipts and payments account and details of all dividends paid to creditors at that time. Are you saying you have not received an annual report for the last two years? Which firm are you with Jayne?
