Car Insurance
Hi, can anyone recommend any IVA friendly car insurers? Just had a renewal quote £200 more than others on a comparison site and cannot afford to stay with the same insurer.
Thanks

Hi Antony.kt - There are some known to be more flexible than others but I don't know which ones. I am sure you will get some handy hints from other posters in IVAs who have used them once they see your question.

Best wishes.

Since being in my IVA, I've used Budget underwritten by Lloyd's Bank and then Swinton as a broker to get me the best deals over the last 2 years.
Always paid monthly and my IVA was never mentioned by me or them.
I've lived at my address for 17years and I'm on the voter's roll.

I've also just taken out insurance with Budget with no problems whatsoever.

I've just had similar issues, I ended up with swiftcover which was cheaper than my renewal with aviva anyway and they also allow me to pay monthly, had to pay an initial payment roughly twice the monthly payment then the rest over 10 months :-)
