We are in an iva and have been for 3 years And are now being hounded AGAIN by Mitchell Farrar who have now appointed yet another PPI company EIF to try to claim back PPI we had 2 years of Investor Compensation calling us everyday writing to us
We are not signing there forms again any thoughts
We do not want to do all of this again

I too am with Mitchell Farrar, and have had the info from EIC.

Have you attempted to discuss this with your case officer? (Easier said than don sometimes, I know).

(I am assuming that you have cooperated with a previous attempt by MF to reclaim PPI, and that they are asking the same of you again?).

Like it or not, the consensus seems to be that IVA companies are well withing their rights to explore PPI claims as a away of increasing creditor dividend. Therefore, you should cooperate with MF if this is not a duplicate enquiry.
My opinions are just that: Based on my experience and being a self-employed IVA customer.
