Just an update, had a call from our house builder today to let us know they are serving us notice on Friday which means we will have two weeks to complete and will get the keys at the end of that 2 weeks if all goes ok! We have already exchanged contracts months ago so hopefully will be no hitches from now but keeping my fingers crossed!
