2 months into my IVA and still getting harassed by a company called Impact acting on behalf of Vanquis bank apparently they have no idea that I am in a IVA. I am getting sick of the constant phone calls and text messages and emails everyday at least 2-3 times a day. No matter what I tell them they will not leave mp partner and myself alone. any ideas what to do I am with McCambridge Duffy they are aware of this problem but noting seems to stop these people.
It does take time for the message to filter through. Next time they call ask for the manager's name and tell them you are reporting them to the Police for harassment if they ring again.
