Well finally my IVA journey has come to an end.

GT finally sent my completion documentation 17 months after my last payment was made and my case is now closed. Yay!

Checked my credit files and everything is gone except the fact I had an IVA which will come off shortly. No defaults on file!

It's been a long journey during which I've re-married and had a child (now 4) which has kept me going through the dark times (of which there were many).

And we managed to borrow money last year to extend our house (in my partners name not mine) - thanks to Ryan at Zebra for advice and sorting this out.

And I now have a credit card (really low limit) which I manage religiously (learnt that lesson!).

I've not been on here much but dropped in from time to time - it's been a great help especially with chasing up GT (not impressed with them at all!).

So thanks to anyone who replied to my posts and to everyone in or considering an IVA - it really will turn out alright in the end. It's a hard slog but it's worth it in the end.

Congratulations on completing your IVA and best wishes for the future.
