Sorry for the rant...but my stress levels are not extremely high!

6 weeks ago I had my Full and Final variations phone call - everything was fine, and I emailed over my documents are required. Hear nothing, so presume everything is fine, documents being drafted etc. Pop an email over to check everything is ok last week and get old that they never got the documents in the first place [:0]

Thing is I was told to email some specifically (the person I spoke to) which is what I did...nothing bounced back, no one chased me up for documentation (does it make sense that I would go through all that then not bother to email a few scans over?)...what a mess. Now 6 weeks behind in what they tell me is a 8 week process (4 weeks to draft a proposal then 4 weeks for a creditors meeting).

Meanwhile I definitely can't afford to make any more payments because I no longer have a job (am on a payment break at the moment).

Guess I'll have to be chasing GT every two weeks to make sure things are actually happening...

[:(][:(][:(]

Hi Cherry -- bit of a pain I know and too late for this particular instance, but I always request confirmation that my email has arrived, and, if I don't hear back I chase and chase. This is nothing to do with GT, but down to my mistrust of things digital :-)

I found GT extremely reliable in confirming receipt of my emails, and very speedy in drafting and submitting my F&F variation, so it might not take the eight weeks they quote .... fingers crossed.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
