Has Debt Free Direct closed down?
I have had no response from the customer support email address for a month and the customer helpline is never answered (kept on hold for over 30 mins). I am worried as my IVA has finished in March 2013 (i think), but I have had no confirmation or contact from DFD.

I am sure they haven't - because for the last three nights I have received unsolicited calls from their sales team, asking me if I would like to write off 70% of my debt! I would love to!

Hi marting, I think it would've widespread news if a company like DFD had closed own over night, even so I know it an feel like that if you continuously get no reply, I've had that elsewhere. Maybe you have old contact details, I'm sure there's a good explanation. Glad to see you post has been responded to directly.
