Hi all..why do GT keep us waiting?paid all (none missed)payments(IVA finished last Dec') ,signed spotty letter docs ,which stated that all our PPI would go to the IVA and we would benefit ! by signing the amendment as we would get back some money,we did this and have asked GT why we cant get our Certificate.
They have had the meeting with creditors and all should be done, but we still wait &wait & wait..whats going on with the money guys?and our Certificate of closure.......

Same boat - I'm still waiting!

I was told about 7 weeks ago that my MvM was on 24th may and my case would be closed within four to six weeks from this date. Was very happy with this email except that I'm still waiting. I should have received my CC last week. Emailed them end of last week and I haven't received any response since... All I want to do is move on... But it seems like I still have to wait. I guess I got my hopes up from the last email they gave me !!

Unless you get lucky and Karol picks up and acts on your mail the only way to make em shift is to contact them every single day until they get fed up of making silly threats and decide to issue your CC.
The Queue looks long and winding for GT accounts...
Time to end of IVA 0 days
Time to end of GT dealing with it...CC recieved after a battle royal !!

My opinion totally wrong on so many levels...keep badgering them, don't give up. I would be furious if this were me
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Steve.07 I do feel for you but if you read previous post s on here there are some of us who have waited over 2 years for a certificate. Your wait although I agree is not acceptable at 7 months may be a lot longer . We have done everything as you have done signed spotty letters ,had a creditors meeting where it was agreed our case could be brought to closure and have it in writing that we do not owe any more and we are back with the closure team waiting for our completion .still nothing. How long to closure with GT. how long is a piece of string. Good luck

The next time you call, I would ask to speak to someone senior and get them to commit to a definite date by which time your case can be closed. Providing the IP has done all of the work required under the terms of the IVA, it should take literally minutes to effect the closure report and issue the Certificates of Due Completion.
