I have sent all my details in for my annual review, completed my PPI forms in December 2012 and have only one more payment to make and send this months bank statement and that is my IVA paperwork and payments completed from my side but what happens next will the IP have to arrange a meeting with all my creditors again to close the IVA

A final review of your income will be undertaken against payments received to ensure any additional payments have been made etc - once done the IP will go through the closure process, ensuring all creditors have been dealt with appropriately and receive the relevant payments from the IVA distribution. Any potential PPI payments will be claimed and received.

Once done a completion certificate will be issued. This process can take a number of months to go through and in the mean time you have to be patient, but enjoy being debt free and plan ahead your future.
