finished IVA last October. told 6 months to sort with creditors to get clearance certificate. more time goes by..phone again told..erm yes been a hiccup take another 6 months to sort.I challenged (btw.its always a different person i speak to) and told ah yes should not have been told that. Am not filled with joy.

Hi Anyen and welcome to the forum, sadly this is the state of play with some IVA firms at the moment and very frustrating it is too. Keep onto them every week, make a note of who you speak to, good luck.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

Anyen there is a posting that complains about 7 years waiting but on it is advice on how to complain to the regulators which is being government led, good luck with your case.
