I just need some clarification;if the IVA was concluded early, due to a F&F being accepted, and a completion certificate issued.Does the name stay on the register for normal 6yrs, from the start of the IVA, or can it now be removed?
Thanks

Hi -- if you mean your credit files -- it will stay there until the six years have passed from the start date, regardless of ending early.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
