Of course, Tamiami. Basically, so far, I had a chat with customer services,after submitting my revised I&E, who arranged for the variation team to give me a call. Spoke to them at length and the variation was drafted right away (this was last friday). I am told it will take about a week to be checked .... am now waiting.

I must say that, having had a couple of queries in the last few days, the variations team have been very quick in responding.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

It is a no brainer Foggy. If you have no DI due to changed circumstances, an have already achieved the original dividend pledged, it is highly unlikely that creditors will turn down your offer. Why would they?

According to GT, Mel, again rightly watching their own backs, the creditors might (might) re-tweak my expense allowances to produce a modest D.I.
