Hi please can you advise if PPI refunds can be kept after an IVA has been completed and the certificate has been received. My IVA was taken out in 2010 and ended last year on a full and final settlement figure. I did not think I had any PPI but my bank have wrote to say I need to get in touch as they believe they owe me a refund.
Has anyone completed an IVA and kept the refunds?

Careful as the bank may offset any amounts they promise you against any debt that they wrote off.

Thank you yes I have read that too but I am just wondering if this is okay to keep th emoney if it isn't offset?

I am worried about accepting refunds if I shouldn't be and understand that they may off set the refunds.
