Hi and welcome to the forum. You can fail the IVA and then go bankrupt yes. How long have you been in your IVA and why are you now considering bankruptcy? If you have a problem why not chat it through with your IP in the first instance to try and find a resolution.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

welcome to the forum from me too. As Lesley says it is possible however I would encourage you speak to your IP and seek their support - if there are new circumstances that will impact on your ability to continue your IVA then your IP needs to be involved so that they can offer advice.

The Court may insist on seeing a Termination Certificate from your current supervisor, but if you tell them that you do not intend to continue with the arrangement then this ought to be easily provided.

Why do you now feel that this is a better option for you Derek?
