Hi,
I'm about to reach 100p in the £ on my iva and complete in under the 5 year term having paid in full to all my creditors. I gather from comments on the forums that once I receive my CC that if I were to claim for PPI being mis-sold would any be liable to go back into my iva? Your thoughts please!!
Hi and welcome to the forum, congratulations on being able to reach 100% in the pound, will the payments you have made also cover the fees as well as the 100p? If not then you may find that your ppi claims if successful might be captured to allow this. I would seek advice from your ip so that you know exactly where you stand. Good luck and best wishes, hopefully you are nearing the end sooner than you thought.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.
IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
I agree with orchid, there are always fees on top to be paid so if you have reached 100p I the £ and then go onto claim ppi, this will most likely be captured to pay the fees and if anything is left over after that it will be returned to you
