Hi I have lost my job but carried on payments into my iva but totally forgot they would want wage slips what proof would they need? Like for the annual review I am not claiming benefit are anything just doing stufd around house so mam can pay my payments

Help just want advise ob what's they require for tje annual review

You haven't done anything wrong - but just let your IP/IVA company know what happening.

As Ginger says - you have done nothing wrong -- if your mam wishes to service the IVA that is her choice. However, it is important that you let your IP know the position, after all, they might be able to help.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Speak to your IP and get a payment break. Your mother should not be funding your IVA from her hard earned money.
