Hi. FINISHED
hI.Finished my IVA in january and am still getting PPI forms to fill in from EIF. Getting bit fed up now as already filled in three forms and sent them in then today got yet another one!Surely they must have enough details from me for this to be sorted. I was e-mailed by DFD that i would receive my completion cert.within 6 months but with this PPI problem am beginning to wander.

It won't probably resolve itself until they have your authority to act on every account monika, so hopefully all of your claims will be processed shortly, and then you can expect at least a 28 week timescale from submission to offer/rejection. It is frustrating, but there are a lot of people in the same boat as you at present.

I thought it was your own choice if you were too fill in the PPI forms and that you shouldn't or couldn't be forced into it?
F&F accepted 12/8/13 - Awaiting Completion Certificate :-)
Thanks to everyone for your support. Could'nt have done it without you.

Nobody knows if PPI is in your loaned. Cards etc. Just sign and let them do there job
It is not fair that we have to wait and I hope somebody does a legal claim on behalf of us oz we signed for 5 years then free. Now we are penalised by the companies who should have got there act together to close our files. But they r only interested in new customers
