Ryan and Shaun can possibly help but as per above post, someone obtained a mortgage from a high street lender this week.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

No such thing in the lending or the mortgage world, it's only friendly when all trace of your IVA has gone to get regular high street rates, when that time comes there's a broker on here who has guided a number of posters through the process to successful mortgage offers Ryan in the members section

The poster who achieved the high street mortgage actually used a Mortgage Broker to achieve it ....vast amounts of products out there if your broker knows where to go. Both Ryan and Shaun will be able to give you the guidance you need.
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !

Look at my blog "All I wanted was a baby"
