HELP!!!
Am having real problem with a company called Capquest regarding my credit files. Came out of our IVA last March and have been trying to get Capquest to clear the default from the Noddle, Experian and Equifax. Just come to apply for a mortgage and lo and behold they haven't took it off Experian and i can't apply for my mortgage until they do.
Have a letter from them dated 27 February saying they have asked the three companies to update their records, credit expert saying they've not had it (even though i've scanned a copy across) and although they have been nice and emailed across to capquest on monday asking for them to sort it it can take 28 days at least, and from Capquest experience they will take that and more! Spoke to customer services at capquest and to be honest he wasnt the friendliest type.
does anyone know who i can complain to to get this sorted out, by rights the credit report should be clear and free from the IVA and apart from this one company and i'd ready to tear my hair out with it.
Its been such a long struggle and we honestly thought we'd got to the end but alas not!!.
can anyone advise or help!!

The credit reference agencies have up to 28 days to get this sorted so you may have to just bite the bullet and wait I'm afraid. It's supposed to be quicker going direct to the creditor themselves, however sometimes this isn't the case.
