Do you have to pay any redundancy money into IVA while waiting for completion certificate ?

Redundancy payment if you had completed you Iva and was still waiting on your completion certificate would you have to pay any redundancy payment you may get even after a year since your last payment was maid

Good question, have you given them the last set of pay slips required of you and final distribution been made?

They have had the last pay slips but have heard nothing since, ppi is in progress but have not heard anything there either only 5 months have gone since the last payment to GT say no more but just wondered about the redundancy if it ever happened before CC has been issued which i hope to never be in that position.

You will need to inform them and talk this through with them...it may be that you will be ok, but my understanding is same conditions may apply....be prepared to pay some across.
