Morning, I'm currently on an IVA, I'm getting there, and now beginning to think of the future, my IVA is currently for 5 yrs I believe, am I right in thinking that I'll need to leave it another year after my IVA completes and then hopefully I'll be able to get another new mortgage on another house hopefully with my partner?

I would suggest its better to wait until the IVA is off your records(6 years from when it started),before applying to increase your chance of successful application. Also save as much as you can for the deposit as again a better deposit opens up more lenders to you.
