Hi and welcome to the forum. I'm not sure of the answer but will keep this bumped up as maybe someone has completed a lump sum IVA with the aforementioned as creditors.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Good morning.

The answer is that no one can promise that they will, however if it is an attractive commercial offer, the best that they are likely to get, then they are statistically very likely to accept.

To try and give you an idea, I can tell you that in 16 years of doing this job I have never had a lump sum, or single premium, IVA rejected at creditors meeting. Creditors will obviously want to be assured that there is no realistic prospect of monthly payments as well though as they will want both the lump sum and payments also as a general rule.

Regards.
